About the Role:

OIL Exec Employment is seeking a qualified and ADNOC-approved HSE Inspector to join a pipeline construction project in Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in health, safety, and environmental compliance within oil & gas pipeline projects and be well-versed in ADNOC HSE standards.
This is a full-time, site-based role requiring a proactive safety professional who can ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily HSE inspections and audits on pipeline construction activities Ensure compliance with ADNOC and project-specific HSE policies and procedures Identify and mitigate risks by enforcing corrective actions on unsafe practices Monitor PPE compliance and safe work procedures across the site Maintain accurate HSE documentation and prepare regular reports Participate in incident investigations and root cause analyses Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions Liaise with ADNOC representatives, contractors, and site teams on HSE matters Foster a strong safety culture among the workforce

Candidate Requirements:

ADNOC Approval as HSE Inspector (Mandatory) 2-4 years of relevant UAE experience, specifically in pipeline construction NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (Mandatory) Strong knowledge of ADNOC Codes of Practice and UAE HSE regulations Excellent reporting and communication skills Able to work independently at remote project sites
