Ready Safety Consultancy & Training in the Field of Oil and Gas LLC is looking for an

ADNOC Approved HSE Officer

to be deployed on ADNOC oil & gas / construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards, UAE regulations, and site safety management.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor

ADNOC HSE policies, procedures, and standards

at project sites Conduct

toolbox talks, safety inductions, and site safety training

Perform

risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and method statement reviews

Carry out

daily site inspections

and report unsafe acts and conditions Ensure compliance with

ADNOC PTW system and HSEMS requirements

Investigate incidents, near misses, and prepare

incident reports

Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and client HSE teams Maintain HSE documentation, records, and safety reports Promote a strong

safety culture

across the workforce

Requirements

ADNOC Approved HSE Officer (Mandatory)

Minimum

3-5 years UAE experience

, preferably in

Oil & Gas / ADNOC projects

NEBOSH IGC

(mandatory) Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Safety-related field Strong knowledge of

ADNOC Codes of Practice (COPs)

and UAE HSE regulations Lifting activity experience will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and reporting skills Immediate availability preferred

Certifications (Preferred)

NEBOSH ADNOC WORK MANAGEMENT LIFTING SUPERVISOR
