Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

ADNOC-approved HSE Officer

to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on a major LNG project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing HSE policies, conducting inspections, and promoting a safe work environment in line with ADNOC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, local regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Monitor and enforce safe work practices, including PTW (Permit to Work) systems. Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations. Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for employees and contractors. Maintain HSE documentation, including permits, inspections, and emergency response plans. Coordinate with contractors and project teams to ensure adherence to HSE requirements. Participate in emergency drills and ensure preparedness for potential incidents. Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in HSE performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

ADNOC HSE approval (mandatory).

Relevant certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent). Minimum 4 years of HSE experience in oil & gas, preferably in LNG projects. Strong knowledge of ADNOC CoP (Code of Practice) and HSE standards.

Working Conditions:

Site-based role in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi. Accommodation and transportation provided.
