Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor the company's
Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE)
policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with
UAE labor laws
,
municipal guidelines
, and
client requirements
(e.g., ADNOC, ADM).
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections across project sites.
Provide safety training and awareness sessions for all employees and subcontractors.
Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
Lead and manage the HSE team to maintain a strong culture of safety across all sites.
Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure safety is integrated into project planning and execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field.
NEBOSH IGC
or equivalent HSE certification is
mandatory
.
Minimum
8-10 years of experience
in the construction industry, with at least
5 years in infrastructure projects
(roads, bridges, utilities).
Strong knowledge of
UAE HSE regulations
and international safety standards (OSHA, ISO 45001, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multicultural teams and work under pressure.
