Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSCE Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with health, safety, civil, and environmental regulations across all operational sites and projects. The HSCE Engineer will work closely with project managers and site teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor HSCE policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to ensure workplace safety. Provide training and guidance on HSCE regulations and best practices. Investigate incidents and near misses; recommend corrective actions. Monitor compliance with environmental and civil engineering standards. Ensure proper documentation and reporting for internal and regulatory purposes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSCE considerations in project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. Minimum of [X] years' experience in a similar role, preferably in [industry]. Strong knowledge of HSCE regulations, standards, and best practices. Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is highly desirable. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field.

Valid HSCE or HSE certifications

IOSH Managing Safely

OSHA 30-Hour/10-Hour Training

Valid Safety Cards

SSRS

Construction Safety Card (CSCS)

Confined Space Entry Card

First Aid/CPR Certificate

Working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standards. Proficient in MS Office and safety management software.
