Position Overview
DP World Dubai is offering an exciting opportunity for Emirati graduates to join its Ruwad Graduate Programme as a Fresh Graduate in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE). Based at Jebel Ali, this role provides hands-on experience in safety operations, environmental protection, and emergency preparedness within one of the world's largest and busiest ports. The programme is designed to develop future HSE professionals capable of ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable trade operations across DP World's global network.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily HSE operations by monitoring safety practices and ensuring compliance with DP World's HSE policies and procedures.
• Assist in implementing HSE management systems aligned with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
• Participate in regular safety and environmental inspections to identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Support emergency response activities and safety drills in coordination with Civil Defense and local authorities.
• Contribute to investigations of accidents and incidents, assisting in data collection and root cause analysis.
• Maintain inspection and audit records and ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions.
• Participate in toolbox talks, awareness sessions, and safety inductions to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Prepare HSE reports and presentations summarizing safety performance and environmental initiatives.
• Collaborate with operational teams to embed sustainability and zero-harm practices in daily port activities.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Biology, or Chemistry.
• Strong interest in health, safety, and environmental protection within industrial or logistics operations.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work outdoors and perform shift duties.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment.
