A leading Real Estate Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain seeks to employ HSE Engineer - Construction.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, oversee, and ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices in accordance with company standards and legal requirements. Carry out routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Lead incident and accident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and ensure effective follow-up measures are implemented. Deliver HSE training programs, toolbox talks, and safety awareness sessions for employees and contractors. Monitor and enforce the correct use of PPE and adherence to safety rules at all times. Assist in the preparation and review of HSE documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, and emergency response plans. Collaborate with site teams and contractors to promote a strong safety culture and maintain a safe working environment. Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and performance metrics. Participate in HSE meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. 3-5 years of relevant experience as an HSE Engineer within construction, facilities management, industrial, or related sectors. NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or IOSH certification (preferred or mandatory). Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and industry best practices. Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership capabilities. Proven ability to conduct training and promote safety awareness across all organizational levels. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
