. Responsible for ensuring safety compliance, conducting inspections, training workers, and promoting a strong safety culture on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement HSE plans and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety trainings.
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain safety records (risk assessments, PTWs, etc.).
Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities.
Requirements:
Engineering Degree (Civil/Mech/Elec).
3-5 years UAE experience in villa/residential construction.
NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA certification.
Knowledge of UAE HSE standards (DM, OSHAD, Trakhees).
Strong communication and reporting skills.
