Proposes new strategies and policies for the HR department and ensures their implementation across the organization
Works with department managers to determine current and future staffing needs and implementation of performance appraisal process
Identifies training needs of departments and individuals
Evaluates training programs
Plans and manages the staffing process using online channels and ATS systems and oversees the proper and smooth onboarding of new hires
Reviews job descriptions to ensure they represent role requirements

University Degree, in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience as an HRBP or in a related Human Resources management position;
Excellent use of MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
