Job summary Global IT HR Business Partner (Junior) works closely with Global and Regional IT teams, managers and key stakeholders to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives. This role requires a passionate and driven HR partner who can foster a vibrant, friendly work environment that promotes respect, creativity, excellence.
Main responsibilities
  • Support employees throughout their career: on-board new hires, administer team assignments and career moves;
  • Partner closely with HR colleagues in the Learning & Development, Recruiting team to implement pragmatic solutions;
  • Diagnose issues and influence solutions/outcomes;
  • Act as an advisor and support locally for any people related matters;
  • Support on the implementation of new initiatives and new processes or tools in support of business priorities, project operations and overall team engagement;
  • Be in charge of all HR key processes like talent acquisition, recruitment; performance management, workforce planning, career and individual development;
  • Identify training needs and assist the Learning and Development function in aligning training programs with business objectives
  • Develop, define, and implement specific local processes and concepts based on local needs;
  • Partner with the stakeholders to understand the challenges of the business and develop people operations to perfectly meet people and business needs;
  • Support the talent development of the IT global workforce by identifying skills gaps and training needs;
  • Work proactively on ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
  • According to business requirements, more tasks can be added over the time

Competencies & professional background Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education in HR, Psychology, Labour Relations or other related disciplines.

Technical Skills: (knowledge, experiences, IT tools/software, languages)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • High level of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams)
  • Knowledge of HR recruitment sources and tools
  • Previous experience from working in an international BPO/IT organization is a plus
  • High knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management is a plus
