HR/Administrative Assistant
Position Overview
The HR/Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Human Resources department and assists with general administrative functions. This role is key to ensuring efficient HR operations and requires a high degree of confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support

  • Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process: post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate communications with candidates, and prepare offer letters.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and assist with onboarding paperwork and processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files (both digital and physical) in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
  • Support performance management processes by tracking reviews and organizing documentation.
  • Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development events.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves).
  • Handle employee requests regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Administrative & Coordination Duties
  • Provide high-level administrative support to HR Manager and other department leaders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and organizational charts using HRIS and MS Office.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for department heads.
  • Organize and maintain departmental files, databases, and confidential records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Draft and edit internal communications, memos, and HR-related documents.
  • Process HR-related invoices and maintain budget tracking.
  • Support offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.
  • Understanding of basic HR processes and labor laws is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR) is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
