Job Description

JOB PURPOSE Analyze training needs, plan, and implement training activities and help in collating content for new training programs where required. and actively train and assist the departments in training all employees and maintaining the company operational training standards. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Description
  • Create and implement training programs for associates, managers, trainers, and others (i.e., participating in and conducting needs analysis, skills development classes, cross-training, etc.).
  • Facilitate orientation and training classes; communicate policies and procedures to managers and new employees as needed.
  • Ensure company grooming standards are communicated effectively to all new employees.
  • Conduct New hire orientation training including completing all new hire paperwork.
  • Develop training aids and multi-media tools to present training material
  • Prepare for training classes (e.g., materials, setup classes, breakdown classes).
  • Actively seek, clarify, and understand information from Operations Teams to assist in achieving their goals. Provide training assistance where necessary in order to achieve these goals. Fully understand workflow, daily production goals and reports used to drive the business.
  • Provide training courses together with the HC & Development Manager, ensuring all is recorded and content up to date.
  • Select appropriate delivery channels, to effectively transfer skills to targeted audience.
  • Ensure that content and context of all materials remains current and relevant for business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business management or related field.
  • 3 Years of experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
  • Proven ability to master the full training cycle.
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management software.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with talent management and succession planning.
  • Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI.
  • Sound decision making and organisational skills.
  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and in database software.
