Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable HR & Admin Officer to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our HR/Admin department. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing employee data, keeping company policies up-to-date, and hiring process. JOB DESCRIPTION Plan, direct or coordinate Human Resource activities and staff of the organization. Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts. Assist with performance management procedures. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas. Coordinate training sessions and seminars. Perform orientations and update records of new staff. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. Assist with payroll and adhoc HR projects. Qualifications Must have 2-3 years experience Minimum Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or similar Strong communication skills (Bi-lingual and multi-lingual candidates preferred). Great organizational skills are a natural requirement to succeed There is a high level of ownership and accountability in this role Preferred with construction industry background Must be locally available in Bahrain
