Location: Riyadh, KSA Grade: S1 Purpose of the Job To enhance the HR operations for KSA and to achieve the results and implement the company HR strategy and initiatives Job Responsibilities
To support the Station and HRBP Manager in implementing the company policy in line with Government regulations
Manage and improve HR operations processes; actively identify and pursue process improvements to enhance operations across the team
Cooperate with HRSS and accounting team to support them for payroll processing
Implement HR strategy plans and HR projects
Ensure HRSS’s SPI is updated and developed regularly
Implement HR strategy plans and project
Create awareness to ensure data update and data integrity in HR system
Create and work on reports required for government or required for projects
Monitor internal HR systems - SF
Ensuring data quality and accuracy in HR system
Ensuring accurate data matches with government systems GOSI, labor office etc.
Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and continue to reflect both up-to-date employment law and best practice
Manage day-to-day activities and employee relations at the station level – grievance, company policy and labor law adherence, etc.
Partner with the station manager and functional heads to identify and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes
Improve relations with health insurance companies and brokers
Source and find manpower companies to provide legal outsource manpower companies as required by us
Work with the local vendor and suppliers for all HR related requirements
Prepare for Onboarding requirements of new project and new hires
Lead new Projects on compensation plans and costs
Ensue smooth payroll process
Qualifications, Skills and Educational Requirements
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to deal with sensitive information in a confidential manner
Able to prioritize and properly manage workload
Proficient in MS Office
Good communication skills
