We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented
HR Specialist
with expertise in
Emirati recruitment practices and UAE labor laws
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring compliance with local employment regulations, and implementing best hiring practices tailored to the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute
recruitment strategies
aligned with Emirati hiring regulations.
Source, screen, and interview candidates while ensuring compliance with
UAE labor laws
.
Manage
Emiratization initiatives
, ensuring adherence to government policies.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
Handle
visa processing, employment contracts, and onboarding
in accordance with UAE regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with
MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation)
guidelines.
Stay updated on changes in
UAE labor laws, Emirati workforce policies, and recruitment trends
.
Support
employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development
.
Conduct
training sessions
on UAE labor laws and Emirati hiring best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
.
Proven experience in
HR roles within the UAE
, with a strong understanding of
Emirati recruitment regulations
.
Familiarity with
MOHRE guidelines, Emiratization policies, and UAE labor laws
.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Proficiency in
HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, multicultural environment
.
Certification in
HR or UAE labor law compliance
is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
5+ years
of HR experience in
recruitment and compliance
within the UAE.
Prior experience working with
government entities or Emirati workforce initiatives
.
Knowledge of
visa processing, payroll regulations, and employment contracts
in the UAE.
