Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented
HR Specialist
with expertise inEmirati recruitment practices and UAE labor laws
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring compliance with local employment regulations, and implementing best hiring practices tailored to the UAE market.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute
recruitment strategies
aligned with Emirati hiring regulations. Source, screen, and interview candidates while ensuring compliance withUAE labor laws
. ManageEmiratization initiatives
, ensuring adherence to government policies. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria. Handlevisa processing, employment contracts, and onboarding
in accordance with UAE regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance withMOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation)
guidelines. Stay updated on changes inUAE labor laws, Emirati workforce policies, and recruitment trends
. Supportemployee relations, performance management, and HR policy development
. Conducttraining sessions
on UAE labor laws and Emirati hiring best practices.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
. Proven experience inHR roles within the UAE
, with a strong understanding ofEmirati recruitment regulations
. Familiarity withMOHRE guidelines, Emiratization policies, and UAE labor laws
. Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
to engage with candidates and stakeholders. Proficiency inHR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
. Ability to work in afast-paced, multicultural environment
. Certification inHR or UAE labor law compliance
is a plus.Preferred Experience:
5+ years
of HR experience inrecruitment and compliance
within the UAE. Prior experience working withgovernment entities or Emirati workforce initiatives
. Knowledge ofvisa processing, payroll regulations, and employment contracts
in the UAE.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
