Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles -- from sourcing to onboarding -- with speed, precision, and insight into the local talent landscape.
Handle core HR operations: performance tracking, leave management, policy enforcement, and ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws.
Manage all hiring-related documentation, contracts, and procedures -- from onboarding to termination.
Partner closely with department heads to meet recruitment goals and build efficient hiring pipelines.
Play a key role in fostering a productive and positive company culture.
What We're Looking For:
Mandatory:
Hands-on HR/recruitment experience
specifically within the Dubai real estate industry
.
Strong working knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
A results-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Full-time availability with an office-based schedule in Dubai (no remote work).
