Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and execute the talent acquisition strategy for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building high-performing recruitment teams, driving hiring processes, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and excellent stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring. Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Source and attract top talent using a variety of channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.). Build and manage a team of recruiters, providing coaching and support. Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to improve processes and outcomes. Maintain an engaging and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices in recruitment. Manage recruitment budget and vendor relationships (e.g., agencies, job boards, assessment tools).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field in hotels, resorts, and tourism. 12+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including 4+ years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong understanding of UAE labor Law and full-cycle recruiting and applicant tracking systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Data-driven mindset with experience in using recruitment metrics to drive decisions. Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
