Job Summary:

Trans Asia HR Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven

HR/Marketing Manager

to join our team in

Doha, Qatar

. This dual-role position is ideal for a professional with strong experience in both human resources and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, while also leading marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and support business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Ensure legal compliance with Qatar labor laws and HR best practices. Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Foster a positive work culture and coordinate staff engagement programs.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the region. Design and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's services. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business development. Organize and represent the company at job fairs, expos, and networking events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of combined experience in HR and/or Marketing roles, preferably within the Gulf region. In-depth knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR compliance standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in HRIS systems, marketing tools, and MS Office applications. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
