Key Responsibilities:
Handle
white-collar recruitment
specifically for the
Oil & Gas sector
.
Receive hiring requirements and job briefs from the
Manpower Planning Team
.
Source candidates
through various platforms including
LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals
, and social media.
Shortlist and screen suitable candidates, aligning them with client requirements.
Coordinate interviews
between shortlisted candidates and the client.
Maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates to ensure smooth scheduling.
Issue offer letters
to selected candidates and manage the
onboarding process
.
Collect necessary documents
and assist the selected candidates with the
visa processing and mobilization
formalities.
Perform any
additional HR-related tasks
as assigned by the
HR Manager
.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
recruitment
, preferably in the
Oil & Gas industry
.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment platforms.
Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
Fluency in
Tagalog
is preferred due to candidate base and communication needs.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
