Job responsibilities include:
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Identifying and attracting candidates using all available resources (Walkins, LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukrigulf and from the data base pool)
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants\xe2\x80\x99 relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation as \xe2\x80\x9cbest place to work\xe2\x80\x9d
Providing recruitment services to internal departments and liaising with concerned HOD and delivering the right candidates as per the HOD requirements.
Sourcing candidates for suitable vacancies in-line with company policies and procedures
Routinely creating and publishing adverts for all ongoing vacancies
Managing the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with candidate and candidate filling processes
Tracking and managing sourcing calls to ensure quality, salary benchmarking and market predictability.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter an in-house recruiter and no agency.
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Day-to-day handling of employee queries like salary, Leave salary, Deductions, conflicts, camp, and attendance.
New Joiner details update in the Oracle and common Google sheet time to time.
Weekly recruitment reports and conflict reports deliver on time.
Skills The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
A cheerful, proactive personality with a knack for prioritizing and delegating tasks
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proven work experience as a recruiter with an ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent communication abilities in both Hindi and English
Strong decision-making skills
Strong in Excel\'s advanced features.
4-5 years of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Experience.
