Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions within the company.
Military & Defense Sector Expertise:
Source and attract candidates with experience or interest in military, defense, and security sectors, ensuring the best fit for roles in this specialized field.
Talent Sourcing:
Utilize multiple recruitment channels including job boards, social media, military networks, and employee referrals to build a talent pipeline.
Candidate Screening:
Conduct initial interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordination with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of open roles and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure all recruitment activities are in line with legal and regulatory standards in Abu Dhabi and the UAE, particularly in relation to military and security-related roles.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an HR recruiter, preferably within the military, defense, or security sectors.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, military and defense industry requirements, and UAE labor laws.
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for military-based roles.
Languages:
Proficiency in English.
Other:
Strong attention to detail, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, and a proactive approach to recruitment.
