We are seeking an experienced
HR Recruiter
with a strong background in talent acquisition for Russian or European markets. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, attract top talent, and contribute to building a high-performing team.Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop recruitment strategies to attract Russian and European professionals. Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs. Maintain candidate database and ensure excellent candidate experience. Assist in employer branding and HR initiatives.
Requirements:
Russian or European preferred. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter in real estate or related sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets. Fluent in English; Russian language skills a plus.
