Senior HR Recruiter

who can help us attract, engage, and retain top professionals to fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines. Conduct proactive searches across job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Maintain updated recruitment reports, dashboards, and trackers. Stay current with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices. Support employer branding initiatives to position PSI as an employer of choice. Mentor and guide junior recruiters in achieving hiring targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3-5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE

(real estate recruitment experience preferred). Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in

Arabic or European language

is an added advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
