About the Role
We are seeking a young, ambitious, and target-driven HR & Recruiter - Sales Hiring (European nationality preferred) to lead the HR function dedicated to our sales division. This role combines recruitment, HR operations, performance management, and employee engagement, with a focus on driving sales team growth and efficiency. You will also oversee commission structures, onboarding, payroll, and manage events, along with leading our Entrepreneur Academy initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level sales roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-performing sales professionals.
- Partner with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver results.
- Oversee onboarding, exits, and employee lifecycle management.
- Design and manage sales commission structures.
- Handle payroll, visa processing, and compliance.
- Track sales team KPIs and maintain performance records.
- Drive performance review processes and incentive programs.
- Provide insights and coaching to sales leadership on team performance.
- Support retention strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
- Plan and execute company events, team-building, and training sessions.
- Lead the Entrepreneur Academy, ensuring high-quality programs and participation.
