Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for roles across Europe, the UK, and CIS countries
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Post job advertisements on various international platforms and manage responses
Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit based on experience and cultural alignment
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
Maintain candidate records and ensure data accuracy in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards in relevant regions
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and recruitment policies
Support employer branding efforts in target regions
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with exposure to
European, British, or CIS
markets
Familiarity with international hiring practices and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian or any European language is a plus
Experience using ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
