Description

Recruiters are responsible to fulfill the hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. They are generally responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process Post PSI vacancies on various recruitment and social media websites. Screens CVs and contact candidates on daily basis. Handle the screening and telephone interviews on daily basis. Schedule the HR & Technical interviews Schedules and runs the aptitude tests or specific assessments when needed. Handle initial HR interviews in collaboration with the Recruitment Team Leader. Sending offer letters and follow up on signatures of the selected candidate. Assure that all employees have updated JDs. Ongoing update of the Recruitment files & reports Stay updated of recruiting trends and best practices Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulation Suggest and implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting platforms and new job posters on different social media sources) Recommend and implement ideas to improve our employer branding Stay up to date with the Real-estate Salary ranges in UAE Market Participate in job fairs and career events Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners Assist in the development of any HR projects Share in the development and update of the HR policies & procedures ( If requested ) Participate in the development/ update of Job description ( If requested ) Assist in the development of Core competences & Functional competencies Manual ( If requested ) Support Line Managers & HR Manager in developing KPIS for all designations. ( If requested ) Education Requirements & Professional Experience Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2-4 years of recruiting experience is a must Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
