Criteria for the Job: : 1. Should have 5 to 6 years of Recruiting Experience within Healthcare Industry. 2. Should have a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resources or relevant. 3. Should have good knowledge in Recruitment platforms and Recruitment processes. 4. Should have good knowledge and understanding of Healthcare and RCM (Revenue Cycle management). 5. Experience in hiring RCM staff like IP & OP Medical Coders, Pre approvals, Insurance and Billing, Resubmission & Reconciliation. This will be an added advantage. 6. Should have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. 7. Any HR related certification is preferred. 8. Should be smart, confident and hard working with a positive attitude. 8. Can Join Immediately. All other benefits as per UAE labour law. Good Salary package for the right candidate. Immediate Joiner required. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Salary: AED13,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
