Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent Recruiter located in Abu Dhabi. The Real Estate Agent Recruiter will be responsible for identifying talent, recruiting and onboarding real estate agents, and supporting their integration into the company. Additionally, the recruiter will collaborate with management to understand hiring needs, evaluate candidate applications, conduct interviews, and design recruitment strategies to attract top-performing real estate professionals.
Qualifications
Possess a Real Estate License and substantial knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property dynamics Strong expertise in Sales and Customer Service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to evaluate and match talent to organizational needs Proficiency in recruitment methodologies and strategies Relevant experience in real estate recruitment is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Knowledge of the real estate market and trends in Abu Dhabi considered beneficial
