to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for Arabic-speaking roles, from sourcing to onboarding. You will play a key role in expanding our talent pool in the MENA region and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Arabic-speaking roles across various departments
Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Conduct initial screenings and interviews in Arabic and English
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate communication
Draft and post bilingual job advertisements on relevant platforms
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and prepare recruitment reports
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications
Ensure compliance with regional labor laws and internal HR policies
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
Contribute to employer branding initiatives targeting Arabic-speaking talent
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Fluency in
Arabic and English
(written and spoken)
Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, Naukrigulf, or local job boards
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment regulations in the MENA region
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
