HR Recruiter (Arabic Speaker, Real Estate Experience Preferred)
Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
Requirements:
Must be fluent in Arabic & English.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment.
Real Estate industry experience is highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in recruitment tools and MS Office.
Preferred:
Experience in high-volume hiring.
Knowledge of UAE market trends.
