Key responsibilities include:
- NJX \xe2\x80\x93 support and run New Joiner Orientation.
- Separations / EOSB closures \xe2\x80\x93 Timely and accurately closing final settlement of leavers.
- Workday/ Employees record maintenance \xe2\x80\x93 To audit and keep all the data in HCM updated all the time.
- Preparing Internal Controls documents \xe2\x80\x93 To do the controls to check correctness of the data.
- Employee Queries \xe2\x80\x93 Prompt resolution of employees queries based on processes and policies.
- Payroll \xe2\x80\x93 Timely execution of payroll
- Employee Letters \xe2\x80\x93 To maintain the system and take necessary action so that employees get the required letters.
- Policy Implementation \xe2\x80\x93 Become SME on HR policies.
- HR compliance \xe2\x80\x93 To follow all the norms set with respect to all the HR Policies and processes.
- Offshore interaction \xe2\x80\x93 Guide and support offshore HRSS team.
- Graduate with Human Resources Management as major
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Intermediate knowledge on MS office tool and hands on experience on any HCM module will be an added advantage.
