Job Description

Job Responsibilities and Duties: An HR payroll officer is responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments and addressing employee payroll queries. They play a crucial role in maintaining financial records and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Responsible for the whole Payroll process for a company of around 300 employees.
  • Responsible for attendance and leave management.
  • Entry and follow-up of employees\xe2\x80\x99 deductions, loans, additions, commissions, unpaid leaves and overtime
  • Check if all new comers have been entered in the system as well as removed from the system.
  • Calculate the final dues for leavers in accordance with local laws and companies policies and procedures
  • Check accuracy of information in final payroll report
  • Process and issue employee monthly pay slips, and ensure their distribution to the employees upon request.
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide administrative support to HR Manager
  • Compile and update employee/personnel records
  • Process documentation
Requirements:
  • Approximately 2 - 3 year\'s HR experience
  • Bachelor / Master level on Human Resources Management.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law
  • Highly organized and detailed in approach
  • The ability to prioritize a demanding workload and time manage effectively
  • Business fluency in English (Written & Verbal)
  • PC Literate with strong knowledge of Excel, Word and Power point
  • Knowledge in SAP and other HR software will be an added advantage
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Application Deadline: 15/11/2023
