Job Responsibilities and Duties: An HR payroll officer is responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments and addressing employee payroll queries. They play a crucial role in maintaining financial records and compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsible for the whole Payroll process for a company of around 300 employees.
Responsible for attendance and leave management.
Entry and follow-up of employees\xe2\x80\x99 deductions, loans, additions, commissions, unpaid leaves and overtime
Check if all new comers have been entered in the system as well as removed from the system.
Calculate the final dues for leavers in accordance with local laws and companies policies and procedures
Check accuracy of information in final payroll report
Process and issue employee monthly pay slips, and ensure their distribution to the employees upon request.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide administrative support to HR Manager
Compile and update employee/personnel records
Process documentation
Requirements:
Approximately 2 - 3 year\'s HR experience
Bachelor / Master level on Human Resources Management.
Knowledge of UAE labor law
Highly organized and detailed in approach
The ability to prioritize a demanding workload and time manage effectively
Business fluency in English (Written & Verbal)
PC Literate with strong knowledge of Excel, Word and Power point
Knowledge in SAP and other HR software will be an added advantage
