Job Description

We are looking for a Senior HR Payroll Officer for an oilfield services company to be based in Kuwait.

We are looking for a skilled Senior HR Payroll Officer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling payroll functions efficiently, with a preference for those who have worked in the oil and gas sector.

Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations Oversee the preparation and processing of payroll for employees Handle tax-related matters and ensure compliance with local tax regulations Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations affecting payroll processes Generate payroll reports and provide insights to support decision-making Address employee inquiries related to payroll in a timely and efficient manner Qualifications: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR Payroll Experience in the oil and gas industry is a strong advantage In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and labor laws Familiarity with Kuwait labor laws and regulations Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
