Coordination with Finance and HR Teams

System Management and Improvement
+ Utilize payroll software efficiently for data entry, processing, and reporting.
+ Recommend and support process automation or improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
End-of-Service and Final Settlements
+ Calculate and process final settlements for resignations and terminations.
+ Ensure inclusion of leave encashments, notice period adjustments, and applicable benefits.
