Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through various channels including online research, cold calling, email campaigns, events, and referrals
Qualify leads and schedule meetings
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and regularly update CRM systems
Reach out to prospective clients in Chinese-speaking markets, understanding their needs and presenting suitable offerings
Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture client relationships
Assist in the development of localized marketing and sales materials in Mandarin
Collaborate closely with the marketing and business development teams to improve lead generation strategies
Track and report on key metrics such as lead conversion rates and campaign performance
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
Fluency in Mandarin (both verbal and written)
is mandatory; English proficiency required
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
