Location: Abu Dhabi City, UAE
Qualification: Any Degree + Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & Payroll

Key Responsibilities: * Payroll Management:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Handle overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries.
• HR Administration:

• Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, benefits) in the HR system.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes (documentation, visas, labor cards).
• Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, payroll summaries).
• Employee Relations:

• Address employee queries on payroll, benefits, and policies.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Update HR databases and maintain confidentiality.
• Coordination:

• Liaise with finance, PRO, and government authorities for payroll/labor processes.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in HR/payroll, preferably in the UAE.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., WPS, SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of UAE labor law and WPS compliance.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Nationality: Open to all, with preference for Indian/Filipino candidates.
