Job Title: HR Payroll Officer
Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 3-5 years in HR and Payroll operations
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll operations and support HR administration activities. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English, have a strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, and be experienced with payroll processing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process monthly payroll in compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management data.
Handle WPS (Wage Protection System) submissions and ensure timely salary transfers.
Manage employee benefits, end-of-service settlements, and gratuity calculations.
Support HR functions including employee onboarding, contract management, and documentation.
Coordinate with finance and management for payroll reconciliations and reports.
Respond to employee queries regarding salary, deductions, and other payroll-related matters.
Stay updated on changes in UAE labour regulations and ensure company compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR & payroll operations within the UAE.
Proficient in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
Hands-on experience with HRMS / payroll software.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and WPS process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED9,000.00 per month
