Hiring: HR Payroll Executive - Mussafah, Abu Dhabi ( kindly read before applying)

We are seeking a seasoned HR Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end HR and payroll operations at a manufacturing facility based in Mussffah, Abudhabi
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely, error-free payroll processing, final settlements, and employee benefits disbursal
- Prepare MIS reports, finance reconciliations, and audit documentation
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, inductions, confirmations, and exits
- Support full employee lifecycle - PMS, grievances, engagement, etc.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2018, OHSAS, and internal audits
- Lead/assist in HRMS upgrades and HR process improvements
- Graduate (Master's preferred) in HR
- 6-10 years' HR/payroll experience (min 3-4 years as a PAYROLL EXECUTIVE)
- Strong hands on experience in UAE Labour Law, payroll calculations, and HRMS
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and employee data management
- Strong people management and problem-solving skills & & A COMPLETE TECH SAVVY to adapt new technologies.
