Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage daily HR operations including employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. Implement HR policies, systems, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with company objectives. Supervise HR staff and ensure effective coordination across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes. Maintain HR data accuracy and generate regular reports for management on key HR metrics. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations in all HR practices and documentation. Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop effective HR solutions. Manage HR service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives for employee engagement and satisfaction. Support HR technology adoption and system optimization for better process management.
