*We are looking to hire an HR Operations Lead for a leading company in Qatar.
Minimum Requirements:
7 years of HR experience in Qatar, preferably in a large-scale organization with a high employee count.
Strong hands on experience in HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
Proven ability to develop HR policies, processes, and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Arabic is an advantage.
