Key Responsibilities:



As an

HR & Operations Executive

, you will:

HR & Recruitment:



Handle end-to-end recruitment for client mandates (job posting, screening, shortlisting, coordination). Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Support internal HR functions including attendance, leave, and performance tracking.

Training Operations:



Coordinate with clients, trainers, and internal teams to ensure smooth training delivery. Manage training calendars, logistics, and documentation. Identify, source, and onboard qualified trainers for various programs. Draft and manage trainer contracts and maintain the panel of trainers.

Content & Coordination:



Coordinate with trainers and SMEs for training content development. Review and organize training materials and proposals. Support all operational tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.

Who You Are:



Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field)
2-4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or training operations
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and sense of ownership
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM or HR systems
