Asset Homez International Properties is expanding its footprint in Abu Dhabi. We're a fast-moving real estate company known for smart talent, strong results, and a commitment to raising industry standards. We're looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive HR & Operations Executive to support our team and keep the branch running smoothly.

What You'll Handle

HR & Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruiting for sales and support roles Source, screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers Maintain updated employee files and HR documentation Support onboarding, inductions, and probation reviews

Operations & Administration

Handle day-to-day office operations to keep the branch running efficiently Coordinate with management for schedules, reporting, and workflow requirements Track attendance, leaves, and ensure proper HR compliance Support visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and related MOHRE/immigration tasks Liaise with vendors, facility teams, and internal departments when needed

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure all HR and operational activities align with UAE labor laws and company policies Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management Keep recruitment pipelines, databases, and HR systems updated

Who You Are

2-5 years of experience in HR, operations, or admin within the Abu Dhabi Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, HR practices, and basic MOHRE procedures Good communicator with sharp follow-up skills Organized, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks at once Real estate experience is an advantage, but not mandatory Someone who enjoys solving problems and keeping things on track
