Summary Delivery of Gucci Human Resources mission, vision, and objectives by implementation of the human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, providing an employee-orientated, high-performance culture which supports the overall company strategy and goals.
The HR Ops Coordinator is responsible of providing dedicated support to HR Managers and HR Business Partners with specific focus on HR transactions related to data maintenance, HR data reporting, payroll management, HRIS (Human Resources Information System), and general HR administration.
Including but not limited too:
- Payroll Management
- HR Information Systems
- On Boarding
- HR Analytics & Reporting
