Job Description
HR Officer
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
Professional HR certifications are a plus (CIPD / SHRM preferred)
Experience:
2-5 years HR experience
Prior ADEK / school HR experience is mandatory
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law & ADEK regulations
Excellent communication in Arabic & English
Strong administrative skills & attention to detail
Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
Ability to handle confidential information
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
