Job Description

We are looking for a dual-skilled HR Officer with strong hands-on experience in both recruitment and compensation & benefits to join our client's HR team.

Key Responsibilities:



Full-cycle recruitment: job design, sourcing, interviews, selection. Employer branding and talent pipeline creation. Structured onboarding programs. Salary grading and pay structure alignment. Market benchmarking and job evaluation. Benefits administration and vendor follow-up. Annual reviews, budget alignment, and cost control.

Qualifications:



At least 5 years in HR, with at least

3 years focused on recruitment

and

2 years in compensation & benefits.

Bachelor's in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field

.

HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or other) are a strong plus Hands-on experience running full recruitment cycle (workforce planning to onboarding). Proven ability to design salary structures, benchmark compensation, and manage employee benefits. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
