3. Payroll & Expense Coordination
Coordinate payroll processing with HR
Verify attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions & benefits
Accounting of salaries, staff reimbursements & benefits
Support final settlements & staff-related expense controls
Ensure payroll costs are accurately mapped outlet-wise
4. Banking & Treasury Responsibilities
Complete handling of banking operations including:
Current accounts, CC/OD facilities & term loans
Preparation of
Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
Processing payments via
cheque, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS & UPI
Coordination for bank account opening, KYC & documentation
Monitoring EMIs, interest, bank charges & fund utilization
Handling
POS, card & UPI settlements
and merchant reconciliations
Liaison with banks for audits, confirmations & compliance
Support
cash flow planning & fund management
5. Franchise & Outlet Accounting
Monitor
franchise fees, royalties & other receivables
Reconcile franchise sales data and royalty calculations
Coordinate with franchise partners for financial submissions
Support franchise audits, compliance & reporting requirements
Ensure consistency in financial reporting across outlets
6. Inventory, Trading & Cost Control
Inventory accounting including raw materials, packaging & consumables
Stock reconciliation between

Validate daily sales, discounts, offers & settlement reports

8. Audit & Documentation
