Job Description

We are an established contracting company based in Dubai, seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Officer + Accountant to join our team. This dual-role position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in both Human Resources and Accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:



Human Resources:



Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Handle recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and onboarding. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities. Coordinate leave management, visa renewals, and medical insurance processing.

Accounting:



Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Process payroll accurately and on time. Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations. Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR Management, or related field. Minimum

3 years of experience

in a similar dual-role capacity. Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and accounting principles. Proficient in accounting software. Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
