Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR department in all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • - Minimum of 8-10 years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE
  • - Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • - Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • - HR certification is a plus
  • Prior experience in manpower / outsourcing companies (mandatory)
  • Experience in construction company HR operations (highly preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
  • - Manage PRO & typist activities (visa processing, labor cards, Emirates ID, medical, renewals, cancellations.
  • - Prepare and maintain accurate HR reports and employee records
  • - Assist the HR Manager in daily HR functions and strategic tasks
  • - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's objectives and local labor laws
  • - Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • - Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for various positions
  • - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
  • - Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and training programs
  • - Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
  • - Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to managers
  • - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and handle any related inquiries or issues
  • - Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and productive work culture
  • - Participate in salary and benefits surveys to ensure competitiveness in the market
  • - Prepare and analyze HR reports and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • - Continuously stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent
