We are seeking an experienced and proactive

HR Manager

to oversee all aspects of human resources within our

Ready Mix operations

. The ideal candidate will have strong HR leadership experience in an industrial or construction setting and be well-versed in Qatar Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business operations. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for plant, drivers, and technical staff. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and safety standards. Coordinate with operations/plant managers for shift planning and workforce allocation. Drive performance management, training, and employee development programs. Maintain accurate HR records and provide regular HR reports/analytics. Oversee payroll coordination, attendance systems, and leave tracking. Enforce HR policies and procedures specific to field and plant operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or Business Administration. Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in Ready Mix, Construction, or Industrial operations. Strong understanding of Qatar Labor Law (or GCC labor law). Proven experience managing large, multicultural teams. Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus). Experience with ERP/HRIS systems preferred. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
