Qualifications

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Diploma or certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous.

Experience

: 4-5 years in Dubai sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the ready-mix or construction industry.

Skills

: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP). Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Training

: Training in sales operations, customer relationship management, or order management systems. Knowledge of ready-mix industry standards and processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

Order Management

: Receive and process customer orders for ready-mix concrete. Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Customer Relationship Management

: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Sales Support

: Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts. Track and follow up on leads and opportunities in the sales pipeline.

Reporting and Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer interactions, and delivery schedules. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

Coordination

: Liaise with the operations team to monitor inventory and production schedules. Collaborate with finance to ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.

Compliance and Standards

: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards.
